About the role
Modon Developments is seeking a results‑driven Real Estate Agent to lead its sales team and drive property transactions in the New Cairo market. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for residential and commercial properties.
- Follow up with leads, clients, and brokers to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Coordinate closely with senior management on sales strategies and market insights.
Required profile
- Valid Real Estate License with proven experience in real‑estate transactions.
- Demonstrated sales track record with the ability to set and meet targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
- Analytical mindset to identify market opportunities.
- Leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools.
