About the role

The Real Estate Agent role at RE/MAX i‑Build is a contract, on‑site position in Cairo, Egypt. You will guide clients through buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties, delivering a full‑service experience from initial contact to transaction completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads, follow up and nurture client relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare compelling listings.
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends and neighbourhood insights.
• Draft, review and coordinate contracts with legal and financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian real‑estate regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and update marketing tools and platforms.
• Promote properties using digital marketing and social media to build a personal client base.

Required profile

• Active real‑estate licence valid in Cairo.
• Strong foundational knowledge of real‑estate and property concepts.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Proven sales abilities: lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Familiarity with Cairo’s market trends, neighbourhoods and basic valuation techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM systems.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Comfort using digital marketing and social‑media platforms for property promotion.
