About the role

Noon is expanding its ultra‑fast delivery service, Noon Minutes, across Saudi Arabia. The Real Estate Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development of the dark‑store network, ensuring new locations are identified, secured, and handed over to operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic sites for dark stores using demographic and operational data.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and site visits.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential properties.
• Lead lease negotiations and secure favorable terms with landlords and brokers.
• Develop and execute a real‑estate expansion roadmap aligned with growth targets.
• Analyze zoning laws, local regulations, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations for site approval and compliance.
• Oversee acquisition through handover, coordinating contractors, developers, and landlords.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, reporting progress regularly.
• Maintain an accurate database of leased properties and contract milestones.
• Manage lease renewals, extensions, and renegotiations, optimizing rental costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate acquisition or site development, preferably in retail, logistics, or Q‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate laws and leasing practices in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record in site selection, leasing, and project execution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
