About the role

Noon is expanding its ultra‑fast delivery service, Noon Minutes, across Egypt. The Real Estate Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development of a dark‑store network, from site identification to handover to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify strategic locations for new dark stores using demographic and operational data.
• Conduct site visits, market research, and feasibility studies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential properties.
• Lead lease negotiations and secure favorable terms with landlords and brokers.
• Develop and execute a real‑estate expansion roadmap aligned with growth targets.
• Analyze zoning laws, local regulations, and market trends to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams for site approval and compliance.
• Oversee the full acquisition‑to‑handover process, coordinating contractors, developers, and landlords.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, reporting progress regularly.
• Maintain an accurate database of leased properties, contract milestones, and lease renewals.
• Identify opportunities to optimise rental costs and improve portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate acquisition or site development, preferably in retail, logistics or Q‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian real‑estate laws and leasing practices.
• Proven track record in site selection, leasing negotiations and project execution.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
