About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist & Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and support daily office operations at our head office in Agouza, Giza. The role combines front‑desk duties with basic administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, direct, and manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, book rooms, and prepare necessary materials.
- Handle documentation, reporting, and preparation of official letters in Arabic and English.
- Maintain office supplies, track inventory, and ensure the workplace remains organized and clean.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
What we offer
- Work hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday with two days off per week.
