Recruiter – Full‑Time HR Position

About the role

ITXPROS is seeking a full‑time Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process and promote the company’s brand. You will work closely with the HR manager and all department heads to attract, select, and onboard top talent, ensuring a positive work environment aligned with the company’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through online channels and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Manage interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews.
• Assess candidate information using the applicant tracking system and design job descriptions with tailored interview questions.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for each department.
• Conduct employee onboarding, training, and development planning.
• Maintain employee records in the HR Information System and assist with compensation and benefits administration.
• Provide support on HR‑related topics such as leave management and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• People‑oriented, results‑driven with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR metrics.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
