Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Education)

About the Role

Join Nafham by Tyro, a leading online learning platform, as a dedicated Recruiter specialized in educational talent. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our teaching faculty, ensuring we attract and onboard top-tier educators to empower learners worldwide.

Main Missions

• Source and attract high-quality teaching candidates through proactive database mining and social media engagement.
• Create, manage, and optimize compelling job advertisements across various platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to identify the best talent.
• Build and maintain robust short-lists of qualified educators for various subjects.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring smooth communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide detailed recruitment progress reports and data-driven insights to the hiring manager.

Profile Required

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring (mass recruitment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Experience within the EdTech or Education sector is highly preferred.
• Strong decision-making abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
