Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our growing HR Services & Outsourcing team in Mohandessin, Giza. The role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of recruitment experience who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are passionate about talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct screening calls and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
