Recruiting Specialist – Full‑Time Remote

About the role

Metaplier is seeking a proactive Recruiting Specialist to join its growing team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of positions across multiple industries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for diverse roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Post and manage job listings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and talent databases.
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring journey.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and required documentation.
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated and capable of meeting hiring deadlines.
