About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This position offers a solid introduction to talent acquisition for anyone looking to start a career in human resources. You will work closely with recruiters and gain practical experience in the full hiring cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on multiple recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking tools.
- Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks.
Required profile
- B2 level English (Upper‑Intermediate) proficiency.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop recruitment skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
