Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collar Mass Hiring

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for blue‑collar positions. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet our operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and align hiring plans.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, databases, and metrics to track progress.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high‑volume or blue‑collar environments.
- Male candidates preferred as indicated in the original posting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle large hiring volumes efficiently.
