Recruitment Specialist – Construction & Real Estate

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team at our Alexandria branch. The role focuses on attracting top talent for our construction and real‑estate investment projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within the construction or real‑estate investment sector.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Wuzzuf platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
