Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in Zahraa El Maadi. The role covers the full cycle of recruitment, from creating and publishing job ads to interviewing candidates and maintaining a candidate database.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and at events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to build shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Very good English.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook and GitHub.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and a team spirit.
