Recruitment Specialist – On-site in 10th of Ramadan

About the role

Terra Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its on‑site team in 10th of Ramadan. In this full‑time position you will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for our call‑center and customer‑support operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish clear job descriptions aligned with business needs.
• Source, screen and interview candidates across the GCC market.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements and provide regular updates.
• Facilitate onboarding and organise training programmes for new hires.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and GCC sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment trends in the GCC region.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
