Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Cairo, Alexandria, Sadat City)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients within the Commercial Banking Unit, driving new business and maintaining existing relationships across Cairo, Alexandria and Sadat City. The role focuses on delivering tailored banking solutions while ensuring credit risk is managed in line with the bank's policies.

Key responsibilities

• Screen prospective customers against target market plans and risk acceptance criteria.
• Gather and update client financial information for credit reviews (annual, initial, interim).
• Review and approve credit extensions, ensuring accurate facility structuring and risk assessment.
• Maintain obligor and facility risk ratings according to the bank's rating policy.
• Conduct regular account follow‑up to prevent delinquencies and monitor risk position.
• Maintain ongoing client contact, resolve internal issues promptly, and support the Service Unit in meeting SLA commitments.
• Perform periodic client calls and site visits, documenting interactions as required.
• Promote the bank’s product suite and enhance customer loyalty through proactive service.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) experience in corporate banking, credit appraisal or related fields.
• Proven ability to assess credit risk and structure facilities.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury and cash management concepts.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
