Relationship Manager - Corporate & Institutional Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager will drive profitability and growth for the bank's corporate and institutional portfolio. You will work closely with senior management and a team of relationship officers to deliver tailored financial solutions and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise profitability, loan, deposit and off‑balance‑sheet volumes for the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare proposals aligned with internal policies and client needs.
• Ensure team compliance with internal and Central Bank of Egypt credit procedures.
• Assist in setting KPIs for the desk and allocate marketing budgets.
• Lead market research for sector and sub‑sector coverage.
• Review proposals, monitor operational flow, and address risk deviations.
• Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and provide solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate banking.
• Strong background in corporate credit and managing large corporate clients.
• Proven ability to lead and manage subordinate staff.
• Good understanding of macro‑economics and banking regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management or economics; credit certification preferred.
