Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Closer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Closer to join our growing team. You will work with warm, pre‑qualified leads who are interested in aesthetic or dental treatments and help convert them into booked consultations for our partner clinics in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound warm leads and guide conversations toward booking qualified appointments.
• Manage multiple clinic accounts and follow a clear script and clinic notes.
• Secure deposits over the phone and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Follow up consistently with leads and meet daily call and booking targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing.
• Fluent English with a neutral accent and strong phone presence.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and objection handling.
• Reliable full‑time availability during UK working hours (11 AM–7 PM UK time).
• Coachable, disciplined and proven track record of meeting targets.
