Remote Business Development Manager – Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our fast‑growing global CFD brokerage remotely. You will be responsible for expanding our partner network and driving client acquisition through affiliates and introducing brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships across target markets.
• Generate leads and drive client acquisition through partner networks, social media and affiliate channels.
• Provide regular performance insights and reporting for each partnership.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to ensure high‑volume traffic and revenue.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes in the CFD/Forex space.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development or sales.
• Ability to balance relationship building with achieving measurable targets.
• Strong knowledge of CFDs, Forex and online trading platforms (highly preferred).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
