Remote Cold Call Agent – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Cold Call Agent to join our team as an Appointment Setter. You will work from home, aligning your schedule with U.S. Eastern Standard Time, and help generate qualified leads for our sales closers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200–300+ outbound calls daily to business owners using power‑dialer software.
• Qualify prospects by collecting key information such as monthly revenue, industry, and existing financing.
• Warm‑transfer interested leads to closers or schedule follow‑up calls.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM after each call.
• Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversation flow.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs for call volume, leads generated, and qualified transfers.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving.
• Manage inbound calls or callbacks when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or cold‑calling experience.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working full‑time U.S. business hours (EST) from a quiet home office.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, headset, and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and power‑dialer tools (e.g., ReadyMode, Kixie, PhoneBurner, Five9).
