Remote Cold Caller – Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

About the role

Silverlight Research Expert Network is seeking a full‑time Remote Cold Caller to drive growth by connecting qualified prospects with our sales team. You will work from Egypt, making outbound calls to target prospects across multiple industry verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects.
• Qualify leads and identify decision‑makers.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately update CRM records after each interaction.
• Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
• Strong objection‑handling and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Ability to work independently and consistently hit targets.
• Preferred experience in B2B lead generation, US/UK/AU markets, and CRM usage.
