About the role

We are seeking motivated, entry‑level individuals to join our remote Customer Service team. The role includes comprehensive on‑the‑job training and a minimum nine‑month commitment.

Key responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
Handle inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Accurately document interactions and follow company scripts.
Maintain professionalism and a distraction‑free workspace.

Required profile

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Fluent in English.
Dependable, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
Perfect attendance during the initial two‑week training period.
Reliable wired internet connection and a wired USB headset.

What we offer

Full‑time schedule: 5 days per week, 8–9 hours daily.
Base pay with potential performance‑based incentives.
Participation in two annual company events.
