About the role
We are looking for English‑speaking remote cold callers to join our telemarketing team. The position works night shifts and offers a clear path from junior to senior based on lead performance.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in English.
- Present products/services and generate qualified leads.
- Achieve daily lead targets and maintain accurate call logs.
- Follow scripts and adapt communication to customer responses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand over promising leads.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Available to work fixed night shifts with fixed days off.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Motivated to meet and exceed lead targets.

- Basic monthly salary of 6,000 EGP plus performance‑based KPIs and bonuses.
- Commission structure that increases with the number of leads (e.g., up to 16,000 EGP for 80 leads).
- Overtime allowance, referral bonus, and over‑achievement schemes.
- Paid online training (4 days) before starting.
- Remote work setup with flexible location.
