Remote English Telemarketer (Cold Caller) – Night Shifts

About the role

We are looking for English‑speaking telemarketers to join our remote team as cold callers. The position operates on fixed night shifts with scheduled days off, and no prior experience is required for junior agents.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in English.
• Generate leads and record contact information accurately.
• Achieve daily lead targets according to the assigned KPI structure.
• Participate in a four‑day online training program before starting.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts remotely.
• Motivation to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
