Remote Healthcare Concierge (Care Partner) – Egypt

About the role

AllCare.ai is seeking a pharmacist‑qualified Healthcare Concierge, also called a Care Partner, to serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of Assisted Living facilities in California. Working remotely from Egypt, you will combine clinical pharmacy expertise with proactive customer service to ensure seamless medication management and overall resident care.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary or secondary Care Partner for assigned facilities, handling all outbound communications, follow‑ups and proactive check‑ins.
• Perform medication reconciliation, coordinate pharmacy orders, and answer drug‑related queries from administrators, nurses and families.
• Collaborate with AllCare’s clinical, routing and clinic teams to resolve issues before they impact residents.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure tasks are closed promptly, taking ownership of each problem.
• Build trusted relationships by knowing each facility and resident by name.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with experience in senior‑care or assisted‑living environments.
• Strong customer‑service mindset; treats each interaction as a craft rather than a call queue.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
