Remote HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Engineering

About the role

Technopower Generators is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for critical engineering positions. You will work from Egypt, leveraging digital tools to source, screen, and engage top candidates while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen at least 20 CVs per open position to build diverse shortlists.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and cultural fit.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening, and assessments of candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate pipelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Develop talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to managers and candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and report hiring summaries to the CEO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and conversational English.
