About the role

PBS is looking for English‑speaking individuals to join its remote telemarketing team as Cold Callers. The position is entry‑level, with on‑the‑job training provided, and offers flexible night shifts with fixed days off.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote services.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead targets as defined by the company.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM system accurately.
• Follow scripts and adapt communication style to engage diverse prospects.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with clear verbal communication.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a fixed schedule.
• Motivation to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
