Remote Telemarketing Specialist – US Real Estate Cold Caller

About the role

Vancom.io is looking for a motivated Remote Telemarketing Specialist to join its US Real Estate and Roofing cold‑calling team. This full‑time position works a fixed 10‑hour shift with Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off, allowing you to focus on outbound prospecting from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to US real‑estate leads following a proven script.
• Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets set by management.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral accent.
• At least 6 months of experience as a US real‑estate cold caller (mandatory).
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Fast computer or laptop and a USB headset.
• Fresh graduates, gap‑year students and drop‑outs are welcome.
