Renewal Coordinator (French & English)

About the role

The Renewal Coordinator will manage a portfolio of contract renewals for Docusign’s customers in a designated territory. This bilingual (French and English) role focuses on minimizing attrition, securing favorable terms, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute win‑win negotiation strategies for a high volume of renewals, enhancing contract value while maintaining customer trust.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, Pricing, Legal, Revenue Operations and Product Management to develop renewal strategies.
• Maintain and update a rolling forecast, flagging renewal risks and proposing resolution plans.
• Identify incremental opportunities during the renewal process to drive account growth.
• Ensure data quality and CRM hygiene, adhering to best practices for opportunity management, quoting and forecasting.
• Analyze customer data and behavior to assess renewal health and prioritize actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS contract renewal or sales operations.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on financial outcomes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively in both French and English.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and forecasting.
