Resale Real Estate Broker – New Cairo (Car Required)

About the role

EgyProperty is seeking a full‑time Resale Broker to join its on‑site team in Cairo. The role focuses on managing resale property listings in New Cairo, requiring regular client visits and property showings using a personal vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Source and list resale properties in New Cairo, preparing accurate descriptions and pricing recommendations.
• Conduct market analysis and comparative property research.
• Coordinate and attend property viewings, maintaining regular communication with buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate offers, support clients through the closing process, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Respond to inquiries, update internal listing and transaction systems, and collaborate with the sales team to meet targets.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and communication abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with a focus on achieving targets.
• Basic knowledge of the New Cairo real‑estate market.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car for frequent site visits.
• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to transparent client experiences.
