About the role
As a Reservations Agent you are the first point of contact that shapes an exceptional guest experience. You will welcome guests, manage their booking requests and ensure they receive the high‑standard service expected from an Accor‑affiliated hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging service to all guests throughout the reservation process.
- Maximise revenue by offering appropriate upsells and selecting the best room options for guests.
- Promote hotel facilities and respond to special requests and information inquiries.
- Enter reservation details, maintain accurate rooming lists and keep the booking system up to date.
Required profile
- Guest‑focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Required skills
- Experience using Opera or a comparable property management/reservation system.
