About the role
Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a Runner in Greater Cairo. The Runner ensures that food and drinks are delivered to customers promptly, accurately and in a visually appealing way, following set procedures and hygiene standards and enhancing the dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food and drinks to customers within the stated timeframe and according to hygiene standards.
- Clean and polish equipment, glassware, crockery, cutlery and chinaware to hygiene standards.
- Prepare and set aside a backup side station with crockery, cutlery, wet wipes, napkins and bread baskets, and keep workspaces clean and organised.
- Participate in closing: check condiment expiry dates, clean and replenish tables, remove leftovers and ensure the restaurant is tidy.
- Arrange table setups before and after each customer according to brand standards.
Required profile
- High school degree.
- Zero to two years of experience in a similar role.
