About the role
Kempinski is hiring a permanent, full-time restaurant waiter in Safaga, Egypt, who will serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet. The service must be courteous, professional, efficient and flexible, consistent with hotel standards and Kempinski's DNA values, in order to encourage sales and maximise guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet.
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with hotel standards and Kempinski's values.
- Adhere strictly to hotel rules and regulations, including fire and safety policies and hygiene regulations such as HACCP.
- Contribute to a well-managed service team by following delegated tasks.
- Maintain a high quality of product and service in the outlet.
- Help develop the outlet entrepreneurially, looking for opportunities to generate more business.
Required profile
- Egyptian nationality only.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
