About the role
Amazon is looking for a Retail Account Manager, Mass Vendor Relations to join its Middle‑East team. Based in Egypt, you will manage a portfolio of vendors across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, driving growth and operational excellence on the Amazon marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships at scale, negotiating costs, promotions and business terms.
- Use tools and automation to oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple countries.
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross‑category teams to improve vendor‑management processes and SOPs.
- Drive vendor self‑sufficiency and long‑term growth through strategic communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience, preferably in e‑commerce or digital advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
