Retail Manager – Premium Fitness & Sports Solutions

About the role

The Retail Manager will lead Befit’s retail operations, driving sales growth and delivering a premium customer experience across all channels. This role focuses on maximizing revenue, improving store performance, and strengthening Befit’s position as a leading provider of fitness and sports solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and profitability are met.
• Develop and execute retail strategies to increase revenue, acquire new customers, and expand market share.
• Monitor store performance metrics such as sales trends, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer feedback.
• Lead retail campaigns, promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Coach, develop, and motivate the retail sales team, set performance targets, conduct reviews, and implement development plans.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain premium brand standards across all customer touchpoints and ensure effective product presentation and merchandising.
• Build strong relationships with customers, fitness professionals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with supply‑chain and commercial teams, and ensure product availability.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience within fitness, sports, premium lifestyle, luxury, or high‑end consumer brands.
• Strong track record in sales performance, team management, and customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement retail strategies that drive growth.
• Experience managing inventory, merchandising, and retail operations.
