Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles to customers, both in‑person and over the phone. The role involves greeting prospects, showcasing vehicle features, comparing models, and guiding buyers through finance applications and paperwork while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate vehicle characteristics, capabilities, and features to customers.
• Complete sales paperwork, finance applications, and all documentation required to finalize a sale.
• Enter and update customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate data for retention and business development.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, recommendations, and proactive outreach.
• Assist senior colleagues with internal client relationship management and sales reporting.
• Process custom or special orders and handle escalated customer issues promptly.
• Support inventory tasks and follow established dealership procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of prior sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail sales.
• Ability to work independently, follow company policies, and obtain supervisory approval for procedural exceptions.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with customers and internal teams.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for data entry and customer follow‑up.
• Basic data extraction and reporting capabilities.
