Retail Sales Specialist

About the role

Bosta is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to manage its Citystars Mall booth. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling basic retail operations, and supporting both business and individual clients who use Bosta’s delivery and PUDO services.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the booth daily, greeting walk‑in customers and answering inquiries.
• Assist businesses inside Citystars Mall and external partners with drop‑offs, pickups, and cash‑out transactions.
• Support new business sign‑ups by guiding interested walk‑ins through the registration process (no active sales pressure).
• Prepare individual customer packages: wrap items, attach flyers, add detailed address tags, and schedule pickups.
• Handle occasional cash settlements with partner businesses and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Comfortable managing simple financial transactions and settlements.
• Ability to run booth operations efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace.
