Retail Salesperson – Home Textiles

About the role

Lilly Home is seeking a full‑time Retail Salesperson to join its Cairo store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover and choose high‑quality home textile products that match their style and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their requirements and recommend suitable textile and home‑goods items.
• Demonstrate product features, explain care instructions and answer product‑related questions.
• Process sales transactions, handle cash and electronic payments through the POS system, and manage returns or exchanges.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor and ensure stock levels are monitored.
• Assist with merchandising, set up promotional displays and support store marketing activities.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to store policies to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales experience with a proven ability to meet targets.
• Good product knowledge of textiles or home‑goods, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
