Retail Salesperson

About the role

Hammer Protection is expanding its retail network across Egypt and seeks enthusiastic Retail Salespersons to join its stores. You will interact with customers, recommend mobile protection solutions, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their device protection needs.
• Recommend suitable protection products for smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and accessories.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain attractive product displays and organized shelves.
• Provide post‑sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in retail sales, mobile accessories or consumer electronics (preferred).
• Strong communication and selling abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Fair to good English proficiency.
• Completed or exempted military service.
