Retail Senior Sales Executive

About the role
We are looking for a Retail Senior Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales in our showroom. The role involves greeting customers, presenting vehicle features, handling finance applications and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through our CRM system.
Key responsibilities
- Sell vehicles by following MAG’s sales process, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Demonstrate vehicle characteristics, capabilities and features, and compare them with competitive models.
- Complete sales paperwork, finance applications and any required documentation.
- Enter accurate customer interaction data into the MAG CRM after each contact.
- Generate standard reports by extracting and combining data from the CRM.
- Identify potential customers through referrals, recommendations and market research.
- Assist senior colleagues in managing internal client relationships using sales systems.
- Process custom or special customer orders and handle inventory tasks following established procedures.
- Escalate advanced issues promptly and obtain managerial approvals when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of prior sales experience, preferably in automotive retail.
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, finance applications and regulatory compliance.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MAG CRM (customer relationship management) system.
