Revenue Growth Management Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Manager to lead pricing and revenue strategies across its North African market. The role partners closely with commercial teams to accelerate net revenue retention and drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial lead team to develop a robust business revenue strategy that accelerates NRR growth.
• Design and execute an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) pricing plan, outlining key initiatives, timelines, and financial impacts.
• Create market portfolio pricing strategies, develop annual pricing plans, and manage the local market pricing practice.
• Develop a comprehensive pack price architecture using insights and data analysis, including leading cross‑functional shopper conjoint studies (P3+) with Insights & Marketing.
• Test different pack price architecture scenarios to determine optimal revenue, profit, and share outcomes.
• Ensure full implementation of pack price strategy across all channels and align commercial/category teams on pricing levers.
• Periodically analyze external and internal pricing landscapes, monitoring retail pricing trends and business unit status.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, and commercial planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable pricing initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams including Insights, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
