Risk Consulting Manager – North Africa, Levant & Pakistan

About the role

Visa is seeking a Manager to lead Risk Consulting engagements across the North Africa, Levant & Pakistan sub‑region. You will work on high‑impact projects that address credit, fraud, authorization and cybersecurity challenges for our global payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Execute risk consulting engagements, delivering strategic recommendations and client presentations.
• Analyze data to manage risks, identify improvement opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with peers in VCA, client services, marketing, sales and innovation to leverage Visa’s resources.
• Contribute to the development of risk offerings and share expertise with the team.
• Participate in business development activities, including deal sourcing, roadshows, pitches and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on consulting experience from a consulting firm or a financial institution’s strategy function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of delivering high‑quality project milestones.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of banking or payments, especially consumer lending, SME lending and payments fraud.
• Emerging expertise in one or more risk domains such as credit risk, authorization & fraud risk, or cybersecurity.
