Sales Account Manager - 6th of October

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is a leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, with 8 brands and more than 160 million monthly users. As a Sales Account Manager you seek new business by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, turning leads from marketing campaigns into sales, building strong client relationships and ensuring good after-sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clients' expectations and make sure they get a great experience
• Achieve monthly targets for renewals and acquisitions
• Become an expert on the Egyptian real estate market, combining on-the-ground insight with platform data
• Sell products to new customers and increase market share
• Arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals and upgrades
• Deliver account management services and regularly update the sales reporting dashboard
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales and client issues
• Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in farming and cold calling
• Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, the subscription industry and tech/e-commerce
• Familiarity with prop tech, marketplaces, Facebook and other digital platforms
• Positive, flexible, committed and eager for success
