Sales Account Manager - Dubizzle Cars (Alexandria)

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the dubizzle Group, is looking for a Sales Account Manager for its Cars business in Alexandria. The role maintains existing business and seeks new opportunities by contacting current and potential customers, while boosting sales and supporting the company's long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business development plans by reaching out to the lead database by telephone, face-to-face, cold calling business owners, direct mail, email and networking.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs on value and volume.
• Manage client expectations so customers receive a great experience on value-added products and subscriptions, including renewals for expired or cancelled accounts.
• Train clients to use the service efficiently, give regular performance reviews and reports, and keep the reporting dashboard updated.
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales- and client-related issues.
• Gather market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Valid car and driving licence.
• 1-3 years of experience as a sales consultant in automotive or similar fields; online marketplace experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented and able to reach and exceed quotas.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the dubizzle website.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
