Sales Account Manager - Dubizzle Cars (Nasr City & New Cairo)

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the Dubizzle Group, is a leading online marketplace for buying and selling across the region. As Sales Account Manager for Dubizzle Cars in Nasr City and New Cairo, you will maintain existing business and seek new opportunities by contacting current and potential customers, while boosting sales and contributing to the company's long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business development plans by reaching out to the lead database by telephone, face-to-face, cold calling business owners, direct mail, email and networking.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs on value and volume.
• Manage client expectations so they receive a great experience on value-added products and subscriptions to new and older (expired or cancelled) accounts.
• Train clients to use the service efficiently, give regular performance reviews and reports, and keep the reporting dashboard updated with all sales activity.
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales- and client-related issues.
• Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Valid car and driving licence.
• 1-3 years of experience as a sales consultant in automotive or similar fields; online marketplace experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, goal-oriented and able to reach and exceed quotas.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Dubizzle website and basic knowledge of sales processes.
• Highly computer literate and online savvy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
