Telesales Manager

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is the leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of the Dubizzle Group which has eight brands and more than 160 million monthly users. As Telesales Manager you will lead the Telesales team and drive revenue growth through effective management of inbound and outbound sales activities. The role suits someone with a proven track record in sales leadership, strong strategic planning and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Set clear performance goals, monitor individual and team metrics, and give regular feedback and coaching.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to spot new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends and team achievements to senior management.
• Hire, train and coach the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar field; 1-2 years in people management.
• Experience in digital advertising sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the sales administration process, sales principles and customer service practices.
• Knowledge of the classifieds market and user behaviour.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and in a team.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
• Leadership, problem-solving and team-player attitude.
