About the role
The Account Management team at Sumerge is looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to build and sustain long‑term client partnerships. You will work closely with existing accounts to understand their current and future needs, propose suitable solutions, and help drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify present and future client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and upgrades.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
- Participate in client strategic planning sessions and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and prepare proposals, tenders, and contracts.
- Develop account and opportunity plans, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and referrals.
- Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues and retain clients.
- Report pipeline activities, lead status, and archive relevant documents.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
