About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to nurture client relationships, drive revenue growth and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will develop account strategies, generate new leads and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for our telecommunications, cloud and enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to long‑term sales planning and market positioning.
- Manage day‑to‑day client interactions and oversee service delivery.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective account oversight.
- Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor account budgets and ensure cost‑effective solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and customer support teams.
- Generate and qualify new business leads to expand the client portfolio.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales or account‑management experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data.
- Fluent English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
