Sales Agent – Omnichannel Customer Service (Giza)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to join Beautika Secret’s Giza office. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and live chat, delivering a personalized shopping experience for our luxury K‑Beauty products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries on all omnichannel platforms.
• Guide customers in selecting appropriate skincare solutions and convert leads into sales.
• Process orders, follow‑up on deliveries and provide post‑purchase support.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and warehouse teams to stay informed about promotions, stock levels and new launches.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service or a similar client‑facing role.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask across several communication channels simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
