About the role
The Sales Associate will represent Gulf Marketing Group’s retail outlets in Cairo, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of a diverse product range.
Key responsibilities
- Describe product features, demonstrate usage, and educate customers on brand quality standards.
- Advise shoppers on the best product ranges for their needs and answer queries about warranties, specifications, and care.
- Process cash, credit, and voucher transactions accurately, generate invoices, and act as a cashier when required.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new product launches, promotions, and pricing policies.
- Achieve sales targets through up‑selling, cross‑selling, and effective sales techniques.
- Handle after‑sales processes, including repairs, returns, and complaint resolution.
- Support store merchandising, visual displays, and product placement to enhance brand identity.
- Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention, inventory controls, and health‑and‑safety standards.
