Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will work on‑site in Cairo, driving new business opportunities for Art of Service across branding, events, printing and corporate giveaways. You will manage client relationships, support marketing campaigns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Prospect, meet potential clients and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales commitments with production capabilities.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Support marketing campaigns, contribute to digital and social media outreach, and represent the company at events and exhibitions.
• Track sales performance against targets and provide market insights to management.

Required profile

• Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and closing deals.
• Marketing knowledge with experience in promoting services and digital outreach.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Good organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
